Bowes Parish Council currently has two vacancies for councillors. The Council are seeking to co-opt at least one local resident to become a parish councillor and improve the Council's resilience and diversity.

If you are a Bowes or Gilmonby resident interested in representing your community and have capacity to attend monthly meetings held in Bowes on Tuesday evenings we would be delighted to hear from you. No prior experience is required as training will be given.

Please come along to the Annual Parish Meeting at Bowes Hutchinsons School on Tuesday 14 April 2026 at 7pm or email the Clerk at [email protected] to find out more about this exciting opportunity.
