The Council approved its 2024/25 AGAR (Annual Governance and Accountability Return) on 17 June 2025. This includes the Annual Governance Statement and Accounts. It also includes the internal auditor's report and a certificate exempting the Council from a limited assurance review by the external auditor due to receipts and payments falling below the relevant threshold.

Starting on 19 June there will be a thirty working day period where electors are able to exercise their rights of inspection, questionning and objecting as set out in the Accounts and Audit Regulations.

The AGAR and Public Rights Notice were published on 18 June 2025 on the Finance page of this website.
